Classroom Expectations
Students will have their name on a clothespin and begin every morning on "Ready to Learn". They will move their clips up or down throughout the day based on their choices. Rewards and consequences will be awarded at each level to encourage all students to follow classroom rules and be a good student and friend!
Behavior Clip Chart:
Purple = Outstanding!
Green = Good Job!
Orange = Ready to Learn!
Yellow = Think About It!
Red = Parent Contact
Blue = Office

1. Follow directions quickly
2. Listen when your teacher is talking
3. Raise your hand to speak
4. Keep your feet and hands to yourself
5. Be safe, be kind, and be honest
Positive Consequences:
1. Praise and positive feedback
2. Positive notes and message to parents
3. Positive recognition from peers (cheers or compliments)
4. Clip up on behavior chart
5. Award for specific behavior or a frog award
6. Stickers or candy
7. Class celebrations
8. Treasure Box
Negative Consequences:
1st Offense: Verbal Warning and redirection
2nd Offense: Verbal Warning
3rd Offense: Clip down on behavior chart
4th Offense: Verbal Warning and redirection
5th Offense: Clip down and time out/loss of privilege
6th Offense: Parent contact (phone call, note home, or parent conference)
